Regional Sales Manager
1. RSM (Area Span - Mumbai + GOA + Rest Of Maharashtra )
2. RSM (Area Span - UP + UK + Rajasthan) (Need profile with extensive exposure in UP & UK)
- Distribution sales, beverages, liquor
- The position will head all sales activities
- The candidature would be the profit center head
- To Achieve sales target as per budget
- To Fix brand wise, ASM wise / Executive wise targets and ensuring its achievement.
- To identify the potential Market/sales to expand our Market Share.
- To implement different strategy to attack competition.
- To ensure timely completion of Sales report to Management & Circulation of the same.
- To have periodical review of Sales of all locations.
- Co ordination with State Heads to achieve sales target 10-20 years sales experience in liquor Or IMFL OR WINE OR BEER industry is mandatory
- Should have MBA qualification
- Sales experience mandatory
- Strong ability to understand sales/marketing issues and to tackle problems independently.
- Knowledge on computers is essential.
- Good presentation and communication skills
