- Coordinating with credit team, collection and recovery team, program and policy team and risk team for sales input and execution of business requirements.
Channel Management
- Increasing the overall finance penetration by innovative schemes brand wise as well as channel wise.
- Maintaining good business relations with DSA and CA.
- Arranging the events with DSA and CA in order to get the extra business.
Client Servicing / Relationship Management
- Managing customer centric service operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the products utilities.
- Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
Team Management/Training & Development
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies & organizing induction training for new recruits.
- Incorporating bonded teamwork & healthy environment.
- Leading, training and motivating teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company. Co-ordinating recruitment & selection activities for the team.
- Identifying and appointing agents, direct sales trainees and training them in product knowledge and sales skills.
