Position: Regional Sales Manager for laboratory and industrial instrumentation, equipment, and supplies
Location : Hyderabad
Position Objective: To lead & motivate a team of Sales engineers/Asst Managers/Managers to achieve/exceed the Annual Business Plan in terms of Market share & Sales Target & deliver a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving achievement of Sales target in the region
- Driving Customer Satisfaction
- Market intelligence management, developing & implementation of marketing plans for the region
- Compliance with Company policies & procedures
- Timely implementation of HO decisions.
- Developing sales/technical/commercial/ managerial competencies of the reportees.
- Office Administration
Desired Educational background:
- Engineer or Bachelor/Master of Science (Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry )
- MBA would be added advantage
Desired experience:
- Experience should be 12 to 15 years with at least 5 years in Analytical Instrumentation business.
- Key account management - He should be able to meet Senior level persons in all key accounts and maintain rapport
- At least 3 years as Branch Sales head managing 4~6 sales executives.
- Minimum business handled: Rs 10 Crores.
