About our Client - Our client is the world leader in high end instruments, laboratory equipments and diagnostics devices. They have high growth plans for India, and to become the world leaders in the portfolio they cater to, they are looking to hire a Regional Sale manager for the APAC region.
Job Description : Reporting to the Senior Commercial Director based out of Germany, the person would be responsible for the In-vitro diagnostics Point of Care portfolio. This will be an Individual Contributor Role which will be looking after the entire distributor management cycle. Primary responsibilities would include :
- Identify and manage new business opportunities for India as well as Nepal, Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka Increase market shares within the region and other related potential markets
- Detect project opportunities and forge long-term trust-based relationships with distributors
- Manage the complete sales process Create specific sales and business plans to meet annual growth targets
The Successful Candidate:
- At least 10 years of Professional experience in a similar position, preferably related to the In Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Experience in business development in the SAARC countries or at least PAN India would be preferred
- Strong distributor management experience is a must
- Results-driven professional
