Designation : Regional Sales Manager - Key Accounts (South Region)
Location : Hyderabad
Years of Experience : 7 years - 11 Years
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for development and execution of Sales Strategy (go to market, distribution strategy, customer service people deployment and development) in line with business strategy
- Manage pricing parity and profitability in line with business objectives in consultation with National Sales Manager
- Develop the business by leading the effort to develop new markets, new market segments and customers in the assigned region
- Driving engagements and relationships with customers by closely collaborating with WW, Region and Country
- Gather market intelligence to aid business objectives
- Ensure adherence to commercial guidelines as per company policy
- Develop relationship and engage with stakeholders across industry
- Facilitate change management within the organization - develop competencies of Sales Associates to build a high performing team
Key Responsibilities :
- Good exposure into Key Accounts Management and Corporate Sales
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- MBA from Premier B School preferred
