Should be at supervisory level and handling team of front line managers and executives.

Supervision and Mentoring of front line managers & executives of respective Zones

Recruitment, training and grooming of promoters in the Zone

Handling regional buyers

To maintain relationship with stores managers

Monitoring and driving secondary sales.

Floor stock and management

Debtors control.

Forecasting

Achievement of budget

Sales forecasting and stock management

Ensure fill ratio.

Generating POs

Qualification: MBA
