1. Should be a highly motivated, self-starter with go-get attitude.
2. Must demonstrate excellent presentation, prospecting and negotiating skills. Previous experience in selling high bandwidth networks in an IP and/or multiprotocol environment required. Must have successful track record in achieving assigned quotas, leading coordination of and responding to complex proposals and working successfully with integrators and resellers in a joint selling capacity.
3. Must have strong relationship selling skills within the said vertical and be able to lead sales calls at every level of an account, executive level or otherwise..
4. Strong acumen to climb up the ladder in customer's organization hierarchy and adept at building exceptional relationships, quickly grasp customer buying cycles and connect to the business demand. Experience selling in a high technology and networking industry and knowledge of LAN networks is required. Must have experience in selling TCP/IP networking products in Campus wide networks, Building LAN.
5. Should possess a good understanding of the territory in terms of customers and channel partners, and good ability to draw business plan around partners and customers
6. Should have adequate experience in handling atleast two verticals (Enterprise / Manufacturing / ITeS) with good subject knowledge and create an ecosystem to derive revenue
Qualification: - Candidate must be an BE ( MBA will be an added advantage ) with minimum 8- 10 yrs of working experience in Key Account Management & Selling of IT Networking solutions to enterprise customer
