Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Base Job Location: Delhi
Mandatory:
- Minimum 13-15 years- experience.
- Profile from Non IT or K12 Business will not be entertained.
- Someone from North region only.
- Should have handled business worth 7-10 Cr. Minimum
Position Objective: Managing 4 -5 centres of the region and be responsible for P&L of this region for
its retail business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Responsible for generating revenue by ensuring sales and meeting targets for the region.
- Identifying prospective customers, mapping their requirements and aligning them with area sales head for new business development.
- Identifying, developing and building relations with various external partners to increase number of leads and walk-ins in each centre.
- Managing pre-sales activities of making product demonstrations for securing profitable business.
- Providing pre/ post assistance to all customers for achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
- Proactively conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market-share.
- Self-starter & self-motivated with excellent communication, planning, analytical,
- Organisational, networking and time management skills with an attitude to adapt to evolving business challenges.
Marketing:
- Undertaking business strategy planning for assessment of revenue potential & opportunities to achieve planned targets.
- Devising sales and marketing strategies to tap/ explore greater market/ business volumes.
- Planning and implementing promotional programs for greater brand visibility and capturing optimum market share metrics.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure continuous flow of hot leads from centre marketing activities and call centre in each learning centre.
Industry Collaboration:
- Assisting the Area sales head in identifying local companies in the region and pitching them for placements.
- Ensuring a smooth coordination of placement activities with students and corporate in all centres.
Team Management:
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets.
- Identifying internal training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
- Work closely with the Operations & Quality, Academics, Marketing and Corporate Alliance team.
