Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager :
- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in Web & Mobile Application Design
- Collaborate on lead Generation Process via cold calling & emails Interacting/calling to CIO, CMO, CTO and Decision Makers for User Experience Design requirements in their organizations.
- Setting up a meeting appointment for Core team of the company
- Create presentations and proposals
- Meeting/Presentations follow up
- POC / Proposal Follow up
- Presales/Post sales follow up
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
- Expert in Lead Qualification, Prospecting, Lead Conversion, Solution, Closure Sales (End to End Sales Process)
- Sign up new Clients for User experience Design of Web & Mobile applications for the company Follow up on incoming leads. Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close the deals.
- Cross Selling to Existing Clients and Farming existing accounts
- Manage the Sales Pipeline
- Client Relationship Management and account management
- Submit monthly sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets
- Generate & exceed assigned Revenue targets per month
