Regional Sales Manager - Insurance

The incumbent would be responsible for :

- Manage Revenue both top-line & bottom-line.

- Formulate strategies for growth and expansion of the regions.

- Identifying new business development opportunities in the regions.

- Tracking market & competitor trends to keep abreast on the changing organizational requirement & expectations.

- Plan & oversee the brand building & promotional activities for the regions.

- Launching new products in vast geographical areas and generate excitement and pull and thereby desired productivity.

- Build capability in the sales team and focuses on leadership development within the sales force.
