Regional Sales Manager - Institutional/Project Sales - Electrical/Lighting/Cable/Switchgear/Luminaries

RSM (institutional sales) - south India

Position Brief : The Company is looking for aggressive and dynamic RSM in bangalore, with min 8-10 yrs of experience in electrical/lighting/cable/switchgear/luminaries industries etc.

- The incumbent should be a hard core sales person with excellent business acumen. He should be very assertive and a team player.

Locations: Bangalore

Qualifications req: Graduate/post graduate.

Experience req : The incumbent should have min 8-10 yrs of experience in similar functions.

Soft Skills req : The incumbent should be result oriented. Should have excellent communication & negotiation skills. Should have good analytical thinking

Responsibilities would include :

- Achieving sales and collection targets for the allotted region

- Preparation of sales forecast and implementation of sales plans

- Identifying institutional clients and monitoring the sales

- Preparation of periodic sales reports

- Collect market intelligence

- Should have good contacts/worked in Govt./PSUs/Railways/Defence deptts. etc.

- Good knowledge of filling tenders, negotiating rates with institutions such as canteens, CSD etc

Salary Offered : 12-18 LPA
