Industrial Products / Cutting Tools / Grinding Tool and worked in Direct to Customer Selling Concept
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Framing Annual Budget & Achieving Annual Budgeted sales
- Contribution to the company from sales generated in assigned region
- Responsible for new business by adding New Customer
- Order execution and return on product delivery
- Developing Strategy for Top 10 regional customers business growth
- To define marketing initiatives for better customer engagement and delight by conducting programs like Customer seminars and get together, etc
- Taking decisions towards Negotiating and finalizing the Orders/Tenders,
- Co-Creating strategy for managing teams & their deliverables
- Making strategies to handle volatile and dynamic market scenario keeping inline with business and company objectives
- To keep watch on competitors activity in the region.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product information to customer/dealers
- Arrange and carry out product usage training at customer end
- Customer mapping of key accounts and territory
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Facilitate required information to customer support team
- Responsible for Resolving Customer Complaints on time
- Payment collection and credit days as per policy
- Managing key accounts with long term orientation.
- Developing team, develop and nurture potential candidates to take up future RN role.
- Dealer and channel management. Identifying and developing new dealers.
