The Role is :
To provide the sales Leadership for the Region with focus on the Industrial/ B2B Sales.
Designation : RSM - Industrial Sales
Locations : Gurgaon/Chennai
Reporting to : Head Industrial Sales
Reporting in : BDS & KAM for the Region
Education : BE / B.Tech in Engineering with MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
Experience & Skills :
- 12 - 16 years experience in Direct Sales preferably in industrial products/ consumables.
- Should have handled industrial accounts, (medium / large industries and preferably reputed OEM accounts).
- Should have experience of managing /selection and appointment of distributors. Should have a proven track record of establishing a good customer base, and achieving volume targets successfully.
- Should have the ability to independently approach & interact with Senior Executives in industry - both Indian & Multinational OEMs.
- Should be able to achieve sales in a competitive environment & supervise sales executives.
- Should have knowledge of commercial rules and regulations such as Excise and Sales Tax. Knowledge of MS office is essential.
Job profile :
- To manage, grow and sustain the business of Industrial lubricants in a given state/territory (2-3 States).
- Selling directly to large / medium industries, OEMs and selling industrial products with network of distributors.
- Independently manage key industrial accounts / OEM accounts and a network of 5-10 distributors.
- To meet the various targets in terms of volumes, profitability, visibility and growth.
