Job Purpose :
- To develop and grow business for the region and achieve Sales target
- To coach and train the Sales team
- Distribution Management.- Inventory , forecasting, payment collection
- Relationship - With key accounts & key decision makers
Key Dimensions :
- Sales & Business Development for MRO south region
- Managing and coaching team of 8 people
- Preferably the person should be from Industrial consumable background
Qualification :
- Required Education Background (Skill & Knowledge) Engineering graduate
- Required Working Experience :10 - 12 years of experience in selling industrial consumables, out of which 2-4 years in supervisory position managing team
Other Skills : Team player, Analytical thinking,Good communication skills, Positive attitude, Willing to travel extensively, Interpersonal skills, good execution skills
Preferred industries : Cement, mining, power, refineries or steel.
