Regional Sales Manager

- Their products include HR software catering towards the HR functions like payroll, performance, workforce, recruitment, etc., solutions for HR professionals, employees, etc. and HR mobile app.
- Founded in 2013, so far in their journey, they have, approx., 900+ clients, more than 4 lakh users and served 20+ industries. Their clientele includes Haier, Nissin, Vatika, MYGLAMM, Studds, etc.
- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales & business development at Hyderabad and its surrounding region, evaluating the market for new business opportunities, key account management, handling of corporate tie-ups, and implementing defined marketing strategies to achieve targeted sales.
What you will do:
- Cold calling on prospective clients, providing product information to generate and maintain interest among the clients, and the prospects
- Identifying potential clients in the target market
- Developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating terms to stakeholders
- Collaborating with the implementation team to ensure the projects are executed on time and as agreed
- Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remaining up-to-date on industry news

What you need to have :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Ability to work under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
