- Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy for the respective region to ensure attainment of company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.
- To ensure achievement of sales & collection target for the region.
- Manpower planning and close coordination with HR to ensure smooth acquisition and retention of manpower.
- To plan and execute the business development activities for the respective region.
- Close coordination with Marketing team to get relevant support for channel engagement and branding.
- Coordination with sourcing team and forecasting on time to ensure maximum serviceability of region.
- Maintaining contact with key dealers/ channel sales partner & Influencers, Architect, Fa-ade consultant, Developers, Interior Contractor, Fabricators to ensure high level of satisfaction.
- Developing new channel partners and Growth Avenue on a regular basis.
- Provide continuous feedback to the organization about market developments and course correction requirements.
- Manage branch and its operations.
- Responsible for training and skill enhancement of the team.
- Maintain team motivation levels and enhance employee retention.
- Close coordination with SCM, Commercial, and Project Sales.
Professional experience :
- 12-15 Years of experience in Building material industry,
- Work experience with Glass Industry/ Glass fittings/ fabricator channel will be an added advantage
- Must have handled region in leadership role with large size of team and worked in highly competitive environment
- Exposure in Channel and Project sales is required.
