Key Responsibilities::
The role holder is responsible for building the home equity business in the area improving the profitability and market share. The achievement of sales targets in the area is a critical responsibility of the role holder.
1. Build the HE business in the area
2. Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales at the branch/area location
3. Build, manage and promote relationship with DSAs in order to generate new customer leads
4. Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch
5. Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
6. Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch"
Skills Required::
- Must have prior experience of 8 -12 years in Home Loans or Loan Against Property
- Must have good knowledge of the locale
- Good Communication Skills
