- Generate profitable sales and manage business

- Appoint and manage channel partners

- Recruit and train sales team

- Responsible for managing surgical dealers

- Closing unprofitable markets

- Creating team targets and sales forecasting

- Business development ( corporate,govt etc)

- Approval of travel and business expenses
