Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare

- Position is in the healthcare sector

- MBA with 10+ years of experience in Sales

- Candidate should have hardcore sales experience and managed sales teams

- Ability to manage sales team members, involved in sales and marketing activities.

- Monitor the day to day activities and events like camps, CME's lecture programs, doctor talks, neighborhood and community events, campaigns etc.

- Ensure achievement of designated weekly/monthly/annual revenue budgets as decided by the management along with appropriate growth as planned.

- Ability to prepare and assign annual marketing plan, revenue budgets, product/specialty campaigns and ensure execution to CAndidate will be responsible for Referral sales business and expansion

- Candidates can be from hospital/ pharma/ TPA/ Health insurance/ Stem cell/ Home-Health/ Retail/ Telecom/ Financial

- Classic B2C Sales

- B2C experience
