Regional Sales Manager - Health Product

Location : Delhi

- Seeking a result oriented individual to head the three states for the sales

- The person will be reporting to Zonal Head who is looking after north and east

- Experience in Pharma/Health/OTC product is mandatory

- Will be taking care of expert sales team (doctor detailing)

- Analysis of the region

- Achievement on Regional PA

- Control of key accounts of his/her region

- Lead the ASMs / Sales Executives in the region

- Management of Sales forces (call methods, training, productivity, IT Tools)

- Responsible for meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region

- Manage relationships with super stockists and distributors of the region

- Drive business development activities of the region

- Conduct BTL marketing activities of the region
