Urgent Opening with leading NBFC for RSM-Gold Loan

Job Description:

- Ensuring New acquisition & build up of Gold Loan Business to increase Net Weight Gold with the company with overall business and profit responsibility.

- Keep innovating, launching new Gold Loan schemes suitable across sales channel and segments of customers.

- Engaging with auditors, regulators to ensure regulatory compliance and zero defect working by eliminating the root cause of issues / irritants.

- Managing the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level; monitoring transactions to make sure that they adhere to the regulatory restrictions and prudential norms.

- Executing policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater customer delight by advising retail banking related services and help them in maximizing their business profits & return on investments

- Ensuring monthly & quarterly Gold Loan, Interest Collection & NPA reduction targets are met and Branches get satisfactorily audit rating

- A strategic planner with expertise in designing systems & procedures and contributing towards improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls

- Possess effective communication, analytical and problem solving skills to work in multi[1]cultural environment in developing procedures and service standards for commercial excellence
