You will be required to drive and implement sales strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, and ensure business growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for building capabilities to sell multiple products per customer and developing the distribution network for the region. Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
