Job Title/Designation : Regional Sales Manager - General Trade

Job Location: Mumbai
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan & execute annual business plans
- Responsible for opening new cities with direct infrastructure & appointing new sub distributors
- Meeting sales & distribution targets as per the Business Plan
- To meet key accounts & review business growth & share BP build relationships
- Responsible for territory sales, visibility, merchandising, communication in store as per merchandising guidelines, co-ordinating sampling activities
- To train & coach teams for better execution, planning, merchandising
- To develop the capabilities of the sales promoters
- Responsible for 100% collection, timely delivery within 48 hours & 90% fill rates
- Responsible for spends within budget & a profitable P&L
- Daily, Weekly monthly reports on distribution, sales, territory, expiry stocks
- Ensures best practice sales discipline leading to superior execution
- Ensure Automation is implemented in the region
Requirement :
Education: Masters in Business Administration (Top B-Schools, preferred)
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of & having an impressive track record in driving sales and launching products from start to finish.
Experience (preferably having exposure to F&B) :
- Sales Management, Business Acumen, Planning and Operational Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Team Management is Must.
