Regional Sales Head - West

A well known MNC FMCG company wishes to recruit the Regional Sales Manager for West.

The incumbent would be leading complete sales and distribution responsibility for General trade

Specific responsibilities include :

- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.

- Sales and Distribution Management: Distribution Strategies, Customer management.

- Leading a cross functional team

Candidate profile :

Seasoned sales professionals from FMCG/Pharma OTC space handling large distribution oriented business.

Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.

- The incumbent should have 6-8 years of post qualification experience with substantial experience in a leadership role.

- Must have led multiple zones/area in sales and customer management.

- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG/OTC as an ASM is a Must.
