We are a leading Executive search firm, providing recruitment solutions for Middle & senior level positons. We are looking for Regional Sales Head for one of the premier FMCG company in India, which is into manufacturing of personal care products.
Location : Hyderabad / Chennai
Experience - 7 to 12 yrs.
Education - MBA ( from tier I or II colleges)
Should have worked in the respective region at least for 5 years.
Should be currently handling one / two states in the zonal manager level.
Job Profile:
- Channel management - Sales & collection for the region.
- Network expansion - To prepare a distribution plan for the Region as per the Channel policy. Select and appoint distributors for respective territories.
- Manage and coach a Sales team consisting of Area Sales Managers, TSOs & offroll sales people.
- To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and ensure long term channel capability per terms and policy.
- Sales forecasting and task setting per market, per Area Manager, per Area Sales Executive per distributor.
- To implement debtors policy and maintain control over outstandings.
- Monitoring market trends and competition activity per market and providing feedback.
- To develop from time to time, special Sales incentive plans for distributors and their Sales Staff, obtain necessary approval and implement the same.
- To organise, in conjunction with suitable agencies, sales promotion campaigns, dealer-meet, product launch demos, product displays etc.
