1. Achievement of targets- primary and secondary in Distribution, LFS, Retail and Off Price channels

2. Recruitment and retention of staff

3. Retail profitability

4. Roll out Distributor Operated Retail Stores across Eastern Region

5. Liquidation of seconds stocks

6. Maintaining debtor’s days in control

7. Competitors analysis

8. Represent the organization with external bodies

9. MIS

EXPERIENCE:

- 10- 12 years of which current experience at Regional Manager level in Eastern Region for at least 3-4 years.

EDUCATION: MBA/PGDBM in Marketing

Suitable candidates should be from the Retail/Fashion Garment/Apparel Industry only.
