About our Client : Our client is a leading provider of food, beverage and specialty ingredients. They have global customers including the world's top ten food groups and 50 of the world's leading businesses. They offer complete spectrum of ingredients, ranging from sweeteners to bespoke solutions such as functional blends, flavors and bakery hydrates. India is today a key growth market for them and they are looking to expand their sales team.

Job Description : Reporting into the MD of the business you will be responsible for:

- Developing and driving the sales strategy.

- Managing sales targets and growing the India business

- Understanding the Indian market and getting new customers on board. Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and increased customer base.

- Providing customized products to clients after understanding requirements

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, customer focused, with high energy levels.

- A number of years of sales management in B2B food ingredients sales are a must.

- You must have a good understanding of the food ingredient/ flavors industry.

- You should have excellent interpersonal skills and should have a proven track record of growing businesses. You should be driven by values and have the potential to take things to the next level
