Regional Sales Manager - Food/Beverage - West

Urgently looking for a Regional Sales Manager - West with one of our reputed MNC clients.

Scope of the Role : Includes All states in the Western Region

Location : Based in Mumbai

Education : MBA Compulsory ( Batch - 1998 - 2001 )

Experience :

- Requires a candidate with Hard core sales experience in North / west / south India.

- West India experience preferred.

- Work experience in FMCG and FMCD industry only.

General Job Description :

- Owns regional sales performance including P&L, volume and market share, and product mix strategy, and demand planning for distribution, direct dealer and MT channels for all categories .

- Manages regional budget and overall administration

- Planning regional sales strategy and business growth plan

Sales Activation : Management of BTL initiatives

People Management : Drives learning, talent development

Operations :

- Oversees all marketing and key account management activities for the region.

- All sales logistics for the region for finished and defective goods
