PURPOSE OF JOB Develop Sales Plan to grow & develop Business in the region
KEY ACTIVITIES/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To improve market share
- To maintain the existing market share and grow it further
- To grow and develop the segment in the assigned REGION
- To manage new product launches, new market development and business development ideas in a robust way and deliver as per plan
- Ensure Receivables and Collections as per plan to contribute to the Company's bottom-line
- Refer the market trends and intelligence; prepare short term and long-term objectives, sale forecasts.
- Monitor outstanding, control collection activity, minimize credit / receivables through risk assessment and timely collections and co-ordinate achievement of targets as per monthly plan.
- Responsible for all administrative and control related functions at Customer Business Units including complaint handling, storage / handling/ fulfilling market and customer needs.
- Practitioner and Consumer Communication through newsletters, journals, magazines, abstracts, personal contact.
- Implement the marketing initiatives in the territory in liaison with the marketing team.
- Team and CBU management : Team size of up to 50-60 head count.
- Build capability of the team through proper implementation of professional service agenda
- Build the Corporate Image of the Company through effective Public Relations and Practitioner Communication.
