About the company: A leading FMCG company with turnover of over Rs 10,000 Cr.

Role: Regional Sales Manager - West (Maharashtra, Guj, MP, CG, Goa)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8-12 years

Salary Range: Rs 65-80 Lacs + Variables

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales for the region

2. Responsible for driving distribution initiatives - to drive urban coverage, Van operations to drive rural coverage

3. Responsible for driving brand launches, in-store executions

4. Responsible for chalking out channel strategies and go-to-market approach for General Trade, Self Service Stores, Wholesale, Superstockist and Cash & Carry

5. Responsible for designing loyalty programs and delivering channel toplines

6. Responsible for driving distribution and access to consumers for key categories

7. Integrating channel strategies with Cash and Carry players - Walmart, Metro, Reliance, and Booker for long-term value creation (TOT elements, discounts, etc)

8. Responsible for BTL strategy and trade spends deployment across channels, to drive effectiveness and efficiency of trade spends
