Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - West (10-15 yrs)
Position Title : Regional Sales Manager West (GT+MT)
Location : Mumbai
Area : Entire West Region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Goa)
Purpose of Job :
Responsible for Zonal sales & operations in the region, business achievement and Team development.
Key Accountability, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
1. Performance manager- Achieving Sales Objectives, Performance analysis, enhancing productivity of Zone, Brand Building, Brand mix sales, Developing low yield markets.
2. Execution manager - Monitoring and control, Review and Feedback, Improving execution level of strategies and processes.
3. Coaching- Coaching & skill enhancement of team member as per need, Career progression of team member
4. Culture builder- Defining standards/level of performance and efforts to be followed in zone. Inculcating right discipline, work environment and attitude in the team which is aligned to organizational policies and values.
5. Resource Manager- Optimizing usage of all resources in form of teams, support functions, customers and finances for achieving organizational objectives
MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B-Schools with 10+ yrs of experience in FMCG/F&B
1. At least 2-3 yrs of experience as Regional Sales Manager handling 3-5 members
2. Should have strong experience in handling distributors and General Trade
3. Should be a consistent performer
4. Preferable experience in the region of vacancy
5. Should come from FMCG exposurure
