Overview of Position

- The candidate will be responsible for the sale of the company's retail product range.

- The candidate will be responsible for expanding distribution, increasing sales, and developing sales strategies.

- The candidate is expected to show a high level of motivation and responsibility.

Salary: USD + Local Allowance - (Tax Free)

Job Description:

- Create and implement detailed sales plans for the companies brands

- Monitor distributor performance and incentives

- Achieve sales targets across the country for all brands and products

- Create and implement effective sales strategies for the companies products

- Develop distribution channels for the company throughout the country

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

- Grasp a strong understanding of the local market and the competitors

- Identify marketing opportunities and capitalize on those opportunities

- Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan

- Create detail sales analysis and reports monthly

- Collaborate with marketing team for the creation of sales promotions, branding, and advertising campaigns
