Regional Sales Manager - FMCG Startup

Our client is a startup in the healthy foods space. For their operations in Mumbai, we are hiring Regional Sales Managers.

The Role :

- Manage sales and distribution network of Company,

- Develop Budgets and sales strategies

- Train and develop a team of Sales people

- Appoint distributors/retailers/MT outlets

- Monitor SKU's forecast, plan inventory

- Monitor competition

- Enable reach and brand outreach to larger outlets/markets

The Person :

- Premier Institute MBA

- Experience into Modern Trade is must

- Sales experience from any industry

- Prefer candidates with start-ups
