Qualifications /Prerequisites
- 12-15 years of experience in Sales roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviour
- Experience in B to B sales with an exceptional knowledge of the territory. Experience as Regional manager of at least 2-4 years in similar industry.
- MBA from tier II/ III college
- Proven track record of growing and managing a territory/ business and a hands-on experience of distribution management plus key account management
Commercial / Functional Skills :
- Able to transform vision and strategy into actionable plans
- Segmentation and target development
- Strong business & organizational acumen understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mindset, etc.
- Able to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on the track
