Role Summary
Dynamic individual with prior work experience in channel sales. This role will require the individual to act a conduit between HQ and channel sales manager to guide them each day of the week to meet and exceed sales target. The job would require to collate the daily sales plan and report out to management.
Job Responsibility -
1) Collaborating with sales managers to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
2) Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed set goals
3) Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
4) Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
5) Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
6) Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
7) Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvement

- Candidates with prior experience in health supplements, pharma, FMCG channel sales will be given preference
