Regional Sales Manager - FMCG/MLM Industry - North

- Responsible for the overall sales targets for the region

- Work with the management to build a business plan, to launch the brand across multiple cities in North

- Constantly explore & develop new leads/markets to accelerate growth

- Build result-oriented team leads across cities to drive MLM member recruitment, training, engagement & sales

- Responsible for training city leads and ensuring MLM members are trained to understand the brand to drive sales

- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to conceptualise & build promotional, marketing, training material as required

- Own & steadily grow the key business metrics for North - Member base, Active base, Engagement metrics, City-wise & Profitability

- Adept in managing profit centre operations with a definite focus to achieve business goals

Skill-set Requirement:

- Relevant experience in building & scaling consumer brands using MLM model
