Job Purpose:

To provide people leadership to the regional team to achieve regional business objectives

Major Accountabilities:

- To provide people leadership & ensure effectiveness of Front Line Managers (FLMs) and/or Front Line Field Force

- Providing thought leadership and strategic orientation to the region for achieving competitive advantage

Ideal Background

- Full Time MBA Degree from a Recognized University, with specialization in Marketing or Business Management with 5-8 years of experience in FMCG/Healthcare OTC Company with Experience in sales
