- The roles would be based in Tier 1 Cities only
- The incumbent would be leading complete sales & distribution and administrative responsibility for 1-2 states.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.
- Sales and Distribution Management : Distribution Strategies, Customer management.
- Finance /Commercial and administration
- Supply Chain
- Leading a cross functional team
Candidate profile :
- Seasoned sales professionals from FMCG companies of repute handling large distribution oriented business.
- Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.
- Incumbent should have 3-4 years experience in people management roles.
- Must have led zones/area in sales and customer management.
- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG as an ASM/RSM is a Must.
