Job opportunity for the position of Regional Sales manager- Maharashtra
We have an opportunity with one of our esteem client in FMCG industry for the below mentioned role. Candidates should have minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG industry. Candidate should have area exposure of Maharashtra Region for Channel segment.
Roles & responsibilities :
- Ensure formulation of strategic and financial business plans covering sales, costs, capital expenditure and manpower resources for sales.
- Ensure processes and communications.
- Develop and implement long term business plans.
- Develop and nurture business relationships with key customers.
- Achieve the annual operating plans nos / Set business plan/targets.
- Monitor and achieve departmental objectives through regular performance and development reviews.
- Participate in regular management meetings, reviewing company performance.
- Review operating processes and modify if necessary.
- Adhere to the company's operating norms.
- Any other assignment from time to time
