Role-
1. Growth oriented product wise volume sales.
2. Increase state-wise secondary and primary performance of sales team to meet the targets.
3. Product wise Sector/Town performance to ensure growth over last year.
4. Successful implementation sales promotion.
5. Sales force management.
- Monitoring target vs. achieved sales
- Motivating sales team & growth in every sector Y/Y basis.
- Building morale amongst sales team
- Environment creation for achieving the targets
- Optimal utilization of manpower capacity to meet per head target.
6. Ensure that the regional state-wise targets are achieved.
7. Review and monitor state- wise secondary and primary performance of the sales team on weekly basis.
8. Develop subordinates for higher responsibilities.
9. Providing timely report to the Head Office.
