Hiring for the role of a Regional Sales Manager with one of leading FMCG organization:

Job title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Location: Delhi / Mumbai/ Kolkata / Chennai

Reporting: National Sales Manager

Achieving sales target for the region by leading the sales team and the other channel partners effectively.

Job role :

Sales :

1. Assisting Marketing Manager

2. Forecasting Sales for the region in coordination with the ASMs

3. Achieving Sales and other targets for the region

4. Monitoring Sales performance of the region

5. Monitoring performance of ASMs

6. Monitoring performance and ROI of Distributors and Stockists

7. Setting targets for ASMs and distributors

8. Increase market reach by identifying market gaps and supervising stockist

Collections :

1. Monitoring the collections in the region from distributors and assigning ASMs in case of problems

Promotions :

1. Providing inputs to the Product Manager for designing promotional schemes/ gift items

2. Ensuring implementation of promotion schemes

Stock Availability :

1. Ensure optimum stock position in the region by coordinating with C &FA

Team: 4-5 members

Qualifications & Experience :

7-10 years of experience in handling the sales function.

Graduate. MBA (preferred).
