Job Responsibilities :
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Meeting volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and staff.
- Handling and managing General Trade
- Primary and Secondary Sales
- Prepare roadmap independently and ability to exceed primary and secondary sales targets through distributors & sales team every month.
- Analysing market trends, pricing and competitor's movement & maintaining Sales performance.
- Handling and Managing Sales Team & Distributors. Ensuring Achievement of Targets.
- Planning and implementing product demos, local campaigns and sales promotions.
- Expertise is designing alternate channel partner for achieving of Organization possess excellent interpersonal, analytical troubleshooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishment quality system / procedure and planning/managing resources.
- Maintaining and improving upon market share in the territory by conducting market surveys and competitor tracking & countering. Successful launching & re- launching of products.
- Preparing indent & ensuring availability of material with coordination with Commercial & Logistic Department.
- MIS reporting in all sales channels
- Owns development of regional sales strategy and business growth plan for existing/new TPs
- Owns development of monthly demand plan for the region
- Drive sales target-setting for sales Team, and conducts periodic reviews
- Manages regional TPI budget
- Manages category and channel analytics and competition product performance within region
- Manages deployment of TPI and trade schemes in coordination with branches
