We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for a growing FMCG company based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional goals, analyzing market trends and customer needs.

- Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, conducting regular evaluations and incentivizing performance.

- Sales Operations: Monitor sales data and trends, optimizing processes and collaborating with other departments to maximize sales effectiveness.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, utilizing data-driven insights to improve strategies.

- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage resources effectively to achieve targets.


- Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

- Proven success as a sales representative or manager in FMCG industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
