Key Job Responsibilities :
- Planning, implementing and monitoring all Sales, Functions within the assigned territory, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory.
- Sales budgeting, Manpower planning and team development by sales training and capability enhancement of sales force.
- Planning and execution of the sales and distribution strategy for the region.
- Launching new products and formulate strategy for its growth Sales promotion & product promotion activities across the cluster.
- Responsible for formulation, budgeting, managing and achieving Region sales targets and budgets.
- Analyze & Review the territorial achievements and respective growths on a timely basis to define the benchmarks and course corrections.
- To Plan, Allocate & Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for support in Business development initiatives.
- Scheme formulation within budgeted parameters and execution of the same in the market.
- Conducting the timely reviews & providing feedback & coaching to all the account managers.
- Managing the strategic investments in key events/conferences, brand visibility & by forming alliances with key customers & trade bodies.
Educational Qualification :
- Must be an MBA with 8-10 years of relevant experience into FMCG.
- Strong leadership/influencing and managerial capability.
- Excellent communication skills.
