Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the new business development and performance of all sales activities related to products in assigned market. Establish plans and strategies to expand base in the sales area for attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. To achieve the pre set targets on top line and bottom line of the organization.
3. Planning and implementing trade inputs as per the business requirements.
4. Planning year long sales budget, which include resource planning, scheme and other inputs and other expenses.
5. To increase the productivity of every sales person in terms of calls average and sales productivity.
6. Devising strategy to counter competition and get approval for operating in the trade.
7. Conceptualizing and implementing strategies and plans for achievement of organizational targets and enhancing profitability of operations.
8. Identifying and exploring new markets and tapping profitable business opportunities.
9. Identifying the retail space in the market to promote the complete range of products.
10. Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of retailers/dealers/distributors/franchisee to enhance market penetration and business.
11. Developing alternate channel of distribution to enhance the depth of distribution.
12. Managing and mentoring sales teams to enable achievement of pre-set targets.
Candidate profile :
Must have worked as Area Manager or Regional Sales manager preferably with reputed companies in FMCG Industry. Should have ability to prospect, qualify and close business deals. Should be young, dynamic with excellent communication, man management and relationship management skills. He must have ability and aptitude to manage sales team of the region and ready to travel extensively.
