Key Responsibilities -
- Own and drive the P&L for North region
- Go-to-market planning and execution by identifying and appointing distributors, setting up of infrastructure for market coverage and execution of trade plans
- Stakeholder engagement to drive month on month sales plan and priorities
- Formulating and executing coverage expansion in all retail environments
- Hiring and training of the Field implementation teams to ensure effective execution.
- Working with marketing and trade marketing teams to developing campaigns in these cities and executing the campaigns in these cities with the on-ground teams
- Formulating and executing processes to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in all channels
- Long Term and Short-Term forecasting
Desired candidate profile
- 6-8 years of sales experience (preferably with experience working in the FMCG sector)
- Demonstrated success in handling distributors
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience leading a large team
- Willingness to travel for around 10-12 days a month
