Position- Regional Sales Manager
- Responsible for the primary and secondary sales target achievement of their assigned territory.
- Adept at identifying and developing distributors for business expansion & achievement of targets
- They should have handled a team size of 80 or more.
- Distributor, Stockiest and Super Stockiest handling is required
Sales :
- Responsible for monthly Sales planning and forecasting, primary and secondary target achievements for their respective areas
Volume generation: Channel wise,Category wise, Brand wise and product wise
- Maximising Sales Productivity of the Team
Product - Review demand forecasts for the different product categories within defined planning windows
