Position - Regional Sales Manager
Location - Mumbai\South
`Responsibilities:
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Manage company products, services, features and benefits knowledge.
- Strategize sales plans for short and long term objectives
- Inform on regional competitive activities and overall market place on time
- Meeting sales targets
- Implement initiatives in-line with expectations
- Promoting new products
- Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth
Requirements (Desires skills & experience):
- A minimum 12-15 years of experience in General Trade Sales trade preferably from Beverages/FMCG durable background.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Functional Knowledge / Relevant Experience
- Effective Communication Skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Analytical & Problem solving ability
- Result Oriented
- Enthusiastic and Initiative
