Regional Sales Manager
As Leading Healthcare brand is seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for their FMCG set up.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Set up :
- Assisting in hiring the Sales Team
- Build and develop a strong working relationship with FMCG channel partners, manage them for achievement of sales priorities for the region.
- Driving the Sales Revenue Targets in the FMCG channel
- Supervision & implementation of on ground marketing programmes for assigned territory (which includes trade activation) and lead sales execution across the territory (distribution, in-store availability, activation & merchandising implementation)
- Monitor & track FMCG Trade Budgets
- Advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends,competitive activity, promotional strategy)
- Responsible for obtaining business results through region-wise planning & execution of company strategies, effective people management and team capability building.
- Target achievement through planning & execution of sales promotion activities at retailer points within the assigned territory.
- Responsible for coordination with the team and other key stake holders in the business in the assigned area.
- Coaching and mentoring of TSI to enable them to carry out their roles & responsibilities in an effective manager.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the team by establishing a system of reports and communications such as sales reports & activity trackers.
- Timely appraisal of team and timely feedback to TSIs regarding their performance, developmental plan for personal and career growth, feedback to ZSM and Sales Head about the performance of each TSI direct report.
