Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (- Industry preferred -FMCG, Food Processing, Chemical, Medical)

Reporting to: Head - Sales

Job description

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage sales and business development for food manufacturers.

- Navigate all stakeholders and build relationships. Identify potential customers and develop plans to tap business opportunities.

- Generate demand from customers by understanding their techno commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for appropriate solutions.

- Provides market insights to office.

- Understand customer demands & requirements and convey same to office through forecasting process.

- Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior.

- Keep a track of the client's business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business.

- Develop a business plan for the assigned accounts

- Acquire Customers and Increase B2B Sales

Mentor and coach a team for a high performance delivery

Key Competencies:

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Full of enthusiasm and high on taking initiatives.

Team Handling - Must

- Process orientation

- Good Networking skills

Ready to be in the market 80% of the time

Prerequisites:

(Qualifications, experience or relevant knowledge required e.g. Industry)

Education :

- Minimum Graduation: Preferably a BSc, B Tech or a B Pharm.

- Desirable - PG/ PG Diploma in Management

- Experience in Food Industry with business development or sales

- profile. B2B experience preferable.

- 6- 8 years of experience in business development & sales in the B2B

- space in food ingredients / food services / nutrition (Coverage of food manufacturers / HORECA / Medical Institutions)
